Republic of Korea (Korean: Daehan Minguk (Hangul: 대한민국, hanja: 大韩民国), English: South Korea / South Korea) is generally known as South Korea is a country in East Asia, which covers the southern part of the Korean peninsula. In the north of the Republic of Korea berbataskan North Korea, where both are united as a nation until 1948. Japan is in the Sea of Japan (called "East Sea" by the Koreans) and the Korea Strait to the southeast. Government

South Korea is a presidential state. As in other democratic countries, the South Korean government is divided into three parts: the executive, judicial and legislative. The meeting was conducted by the President and a Prime Minister who supports olehpresiden appointed with the approval of Parliament. The President acts as head of state government dankepala.
Legislature held by representatives of the Council, serving 4 years. Application of a plenary session once a year or at the request of the President. The study was open to the public, but can be kept closed.
Constitutional Court has recommended to the highest judicial institution of the powerful nine judges by the President and representatives of the Council as a whole. The judges are to serve for six years and his age should not be selected more than 65 years at the time.
